Hi, finally found it

GP: Gottfried Pester in Berlin, who supplied forged parts. He is a subcontractor for this locking part, with the classic subcontractor marking, which is different from the manufacturers on the right plate. With a number close to 30,000, this PLF does not come from an anecdotal manufacturer, but unfortunately the marking should generally be located in front of or near the number. GP supplied Hebel parts to VCS Sulh, but production did not exceed 15,000. Following this lead to Sulh, it could be a Gebrüder Rempt, Suhl, (Gebr. R.), the second largest manufacturer of Hebel with 55,000 units produced by 1918. The irregular font and characteristics match.
