Flare guns now being sold on Ebay

I am unsure if it has suddenly become allowed or not (previously it was not) but there are over a dozen flare guns for sales on Ebay at any one time for the past couple months. Ebay is not taking the auctions down and many sales are being completed. The prices are very high, much higher than I typically see them sell for on Gunbroker.

I don't know if this is a change in policy or simply an temporary oversight. I am unwilling to risk it, and attempt to list a flare gun. I am taking a "watch and see" attitude toward this

So you have some example (flare guns sold on eBay, just for US).
I know that model for boat are often seen (for instance: https://www.ebay.com/itm/FLARE-GUN-KIT- ... SwD39aehJz)
But oldest model are quite rare.. except if the label is not clear.
Just surprised (from a European point of view )

same here.....had a look y´day, found 2 older flare guns on eBay.com

Here, definately no flare guns on eBay. Would be deleted immediately I guess......

I have seen Ebay recently pull some listings. So it seems, sometimes the sales go through and other times the listings are cancelled.
