What could it mean? Note that a part of first digit is under the rivet.

I do not know, could it be a marking put on un-formed sheets or bales of Prestoff material ??

I think it is no marking, but the writing on the cartonboard they used to make the Presstoff. Would have no meaning or else, just taken what was there. I have similar on presstoff sealing rings, some numers on it without meaning....
