can you show us the markings better? i think, this is a Schermuly line thrower size 2

look here, this is a Schermuly line thrower. The inscription is often hardly visible.

Looking at the location of the screws, and other aspects, I believe you have a Pakistani, or Indian copy of a British Schermuly. I have not seen one of these before.
Guns have only two enemies, rust and politicians.


I am still looking for ANY information regarding the European Use of the Original Costons flares from 1859 through 1881. Photo's, Patents, contracts & orders, ANY INFORMATION IS NEEDED ! !
